One thousand and one flavours in every slice. Sweet, slow-cooked caramelised onions form the soul of this pizza — jammy, mahogany, and intensely fragrant. Medjool dates from the Al Ahsa region are halved to reveal their jewel-like interiors, caramelising further in the oven. Thinly sliced prosciutto crudo is draped across the hot surface, curing into silky ribbons. A cloud of peppery wild arugula arrives last, along with aged parmesan shavings and a zig-zag of aged balsamic.
