Pulled from the depths of the Persian Gulf. Our most refined pizza celebrates the extraordinary seafood of this region. A silky white crème fraîche base is scented with lemon zest and dill, then crowned with plump, butterflied tiger prawns seared in brown butter. Cold-smoked salmon ribbons are draped on after baking; sustainably-sourced caviar pearls are placed last. The result is a sea breeze on a plate — clean, luminous, impossibly elegant.
