Forged from volcanic stone, fired in 400°C. Our Obsidian pizza starts with activated charcoal dough — jet black, nutty, and strikingly dramatic. Premium beef pepperoni crisps and curls at the edges, filling the air with smoked paprika and garlic. Below, smoked gouda pulls in long, glossy strands that reveal their amber-golden colour as you lift a slice. Black Cerignola olives and Calabrian chili flakes complete the deep, earthy character.
