Black Diamond

The pinnacle. The pizza that started Black Box. Our most revered creation is built around one singular ingredient: fresh black Périgord truffle, flown in weekly from France. An entire tablespoon of truffle cream is spread across each pizza. A forest of wild mushrooms — porcini, chanterelle, and morel — are sautéed in cultured butter before assembly. After baking, fresh black truffle is shaved generously over the surface, sending a wave of intoxicating umami through the room. Aged 24-month parmesan snow falls last. This is not a pizza. This is a statement.
