Dune Walker

Named for those who know the desert intimately. This pizza draws from Bedouin culinary tradition — slow food from fast land. Merguez sausage, made in-house from halal lamb and spiced with harissa, cumin, and fennel, is sliced and charred until the edges blacken beautifully. A generous spread of thick labneh cools the warmth. Za'atar herb blend — wild thyme, sumac, and sesame — is scattered like desert dust. Kalamata olives and slow-roasted cherry tomatoes complete this honest, soul-satisfying pizza.
