Flame of Burj

As tall and burning as the tower it's named for. Not for the faint-hearted. Our spiciest creation begins with spreadable nduja — a fiery Calabrian pork paste that stains the dough deep crimson. Fresh jalapeño rings release their capsaicin heat across the entire surface. Crispy shallots add sweetness and crunch. A whole fresh burrata is placed at the centre, its cool cream fighting the fire below. The finishing touch: amber rivers of infused hot honey. A pizza that demands respect.
