Desert Gold

The desert at golden hour — captured on a 12-inch canvas. Our saffron-infused cream sauce takes 24 hours to develop its deep, honeyed character. Each piece of chicken tikka is marinated in a blend of 11 spices, then chargrilled to caramelised perfection. Golden peppers add sweetness; pomegranate seeds burst with jewel-like acidity. A final drizzle of raw acacia honey ties it all together.
