Midnight Black

Born in darkness, perfected in fire. Our signature Midnight Black pizza begins with a hand-stretched dough brushed with house-made squid ink sauce — deep, briny, and impossibly dark. At the centre, a cloud of fresh burrata slowly melts into the heat, pooling like cream across volcanic black. Black truffle shavings are laid at the last moment, their earthy perfume filling the room as the pizza emerges from the oven. Gold leaf flakes and micro-arugula complete this edible masterpiece.
